Manual Lymph Drainage is a gentle massage technique that promotes lymphatic flow, reduces swelling, and enhances overall well-being. MLD supports the Lymphatic system which is important for immune function and fluid balance. Using light rhythmic strokes Lymph is moved towards the Lymph nodes where toxins and waste are filtered out.
Followed by face and neck massage using the Gua Sha tool to define, brighten and lift the skin of the face and neck, improve lymphatic drainage and circulation, relieving muscle tension. An Aloe Vera sheet mask is applied and the Ice Globe is used to reduce puffiness by cooling and refreshing the skin.

The high iodine content of seaweeds is deeply cleansing and by using dried seaweed powder in a salt scrub it is also an effective exfoliator, removing dead skin cells so new ones can form.
Cellulite and lymph drainage massage
Using oil containing a blend of cinnamon, grapefruit, sweet fennel, juniper berry, geranium, lemon, cypress and thyme collectively detoxes and tones the skin, helping to combat undesirable skin appearance.
